Job Summary

  • As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leadership, heads of divisions and heads of departments to understand their business needs, develop and implement employee recruitment and retention strategies to support the attainment of business goals.
  • The job scope includes, but is not limited to, anticipating and providing HR consultation to line units in addressing employee and organisational needs, and partnering Regional Offices to ensure in-market HR governance.
  • Leverage AI and technology to streamline processes and facilitate start-to-end employee lifecycle changes, such as inflow, outflow, deployments and other staff movements.
