Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree AND three (3) years' experience OR Associate degree AND five (5) years' experience OR High School Diploma AND seven (7) years of experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of transcription experience
  • Knowledge of source language colloquial terms and expressions
  • Knowledgeable in SMS language, social media, and Webchat
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish
  • Score of 3 or better on third-party Language Assessment
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office
  • Type 45 words per minute
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance
