Job Summary

  • Coordinate daily production requirements and support schedule-related administrative tasks for the culinary leadership team.
  • Manage the dry-goods storeroom, monitor PAR levels, replenish stock, and ensure FIFO rotation and food-safety standards.
  • Maintain strong cooperation with Purchasing, Finance, Cost Controller and all kitchen sections to ensure product availability and reduce organizational risk.
