This role leads the definition and documentation of technical requirements for high-touch customer engagements aimed at establishing referenceable success stories within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Candidates will serve as the technical authority responsible for validating architectural integrity and creating formal solution blueprints for complex Marketing Cloud implementations.
The position requires direct hands-on experience implementing products within the Agentforce Marketing Portfolio including MCE, MCAE, Personalization, and D360.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years Solution Architecture experience
3+ years Marketing Cloud portfolio implementation
Direct hands-on experience with Agentforce products
Expert knowledge of D360 and Data Cloud integrations
Ability to create technical solution blueprints
Nice-to-have
Architect-level Certification in Marketing Cloud
Experience calculating technical ROI
B2B and B2C unified platform experience
Willingness to travel 20-30% for engagements
Key Requirements
7+ years in Solution Architecture or Technical Consulting
BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering
Expert domain knowledge in Marketing Cloud and D360
