Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Social Work
Valid RN, LVN, or LPN license in the state of practice
Two years of clinical nursing experience preferred
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Medi-Cal programs
Certificate as a certified Case Manager (CCM) is a plus
