Must-have
Windows 7/XP and Windows 10 support
Active Directory user and computer management
Symantec End Point Protection or similar security software
Network printer and multi-function device troubleshooting
Cisco IP desk phones and voicemail support
Remote troubleshooting and ticket queue management
Nice-to-have
Experience with Mac hardware and OS X support
Knowledge of CAD, Pro-E, Solidworks design tools
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus
Ability to create polished comprehensive documentation
Experience supporting manufacturing and engineering companies
Willingness to adapt to rapid changes
