The Group Organisational Development & Diversity Manager leads the design and delivery of strategies, programs and initiatives that build organisational capability, strengthen performance, and create a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
Key responsibilities include contributing to the People Strategy, leading a high performing OD&D team, driving cultural change, overseeing leadership development, and managing diversity and inclusion strategies.
