• Performs venous, capillary, urine drug screen, swab collection, or other specimen collection, ensuring quality and appropriate identification.
• Receives, assesses priority, and processes specimens, including centrifuging, aliquoting, and distributing samples to appropriate testing areas.
• Participates in new associate and student training, shift-to-shift communication, and handles customer inquiries regarding laboratory information.
