Key Requirements
10+ years progressive experience
Proven leadership of Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management
Experience in global or matrixed organizations
Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred
Demonstrated credibility with senior leaders
Experience with Workday Talent & Performance modules
