Key Requirements
10+ or 15+ years business experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field
Certified practitioner in lean tools
Experience in systemic improvement with embedded business systems
Experience across commercial, innovation, and manufacturing functions
Experience designing and delivering education programs
