This role focuses on conducting assessments, offering crisis intervention, and connecting clients with necessary resources while collaborating with other service providers.

Job Summary
Provide after hours quality assessment, referral, and provision of housing information to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless throughout Victoria.
Work collaboratively with internal Salvation Army programs and external service partners to ensure clients receive coordinated, person-centred support.
