Job Summary

• Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day to day functions of the nursing service department in accordance with current rules and regulations.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of nursing care plans, quality assurance programs, and staff training to ensure high standards of resident care.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and ensure nursing staff adhere to professional standards and facility policies.
