Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HVAC system maintenance and repair
Supervise contractors and maintenance staff
Emergency building response
Use of computerized maintenance management systems
Mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting
Work at heights and physically demanding tasks
Nice-to-have
Military or union training background
Experience with Johnson Controls/JCI and Siemens systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Commercial and industrial facility maintenance experience
Knowledge of fluid handling and pumping systems
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
5+ years relevant HVAC technician experience
2+ years people management experience
EPA Section 608 Universal certification
Journeyman Refrigeration Technician's License
Valid state driver's license
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
