The Community Health Worker will provide immediate support services for individuals affected by community violence and participate in community events such as vigils and memorials.
This role involves coordinating care with medical and mental health providers and advocating on behalf of patients and families.
After full training, there is an opportunity to work remotely one day a week and free parking is available at the Dorchester, MA location.
