Salary
Base: $175,000 - $210,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus and/or commissions; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8 or more years of commercial sales experience
Proven success in selling to hospitals
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows
Nice-to-have
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in a complex, matrixed environment
Ability to mentor and support sales teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3 or more years sales experience within diagnostics or medical devices
