Job Summary

  • Prepares food in accordance with applicable corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures, ensuring quality food service is provided at all times.
  • Responsible for ensuring all staff are compliant in maintaining and completing all HACCP and Temperature logs and submits logs to the chef at end of shift.
  • Trains and directs subordinate food service workers, ensuring compliance with company and client safety requirements and supervises subordinate staff to ensure the highest sanitary standards are maintained.

Salary

Starting Hourly Rate: $21.75; Benefits: available after probationary waiting period; Other: Final compensation based on skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity
