Must-have
Master student or recent graduate within 12 months
Proficient in German B2 level and English
Study in Life Sciences, Natural Sciences, Material Science, Engineering, or Process Management
Knowledge of GMP/GDP guidelines and documentation
Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
Nice-to-have
Initial knowledge of GxP or GCP regulations
Passion for data-based process development
Strong analytical thinking skills

Ability to present ideas confidently to teams
