Job Summary
Lead the facility’s infection control program as the primary advocate for resident and staff safety, ensuring compliance with CDC, OSHA, and local health department regulations.
Plan, develop, and direct the facility’s infection control program, including surveillance, staff education, and clinical rounds to supervise isolation precautions.
Manage the TB management program, monitor Hepatitis B vaccinations, and provide counseling for occupational exposures, serving as a key member of the Infection Control Committee.
