The primary purpose of this role is to drive Manufacturing Excellence across all Integer Manufacturing Facilities by designing sustainable systems for world-class operational performance.
Candidates will be responsible for deploying the Integer Production System, leading annual Hoshin Planning processes, and facilitating Lean Diagnosis Workshops to create strategic improvement plans.
