Job Summary

  • As the senior leader owning of Tier 3 (Enterprise Data Management) and Tier 4 (Data Foundational Technologies), you will translate corporate data strategy into technical reality.
  • Lead the design and implementation of the enterprise data architecture, including the Azure Data Lakehouse, Purview governance layer, Synapse analytics environment, Data Factory pipelines, and machine‑learning workspaces.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes such as 99% data quality, 100% ontology conformance, scalable KBQ automation, and foundation for 10–15% revenue uplift / 15–25% cost reduction.

Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 10+ years in data architecture, ontology/semantics, data management
  • Master’s degree Information Science, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with DoD, IC, and Federal missions
