Key Requirements

  • APRN (Adult or Acute Care certified) or Physician Assistant
  • MSN required upon hire or within 3 years for external APRN hires
  • Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program
  • Nationally certified Advanced Practice Provider
  • Currently licensed as NP/CNS/PA in applicable state(s)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required
  • Certification as a Physician Assistant through NCCPA
  • Current DEA License or DEA designee
  • Physician Supervision Agreement
