SAP Service Management expertise
S/4HANA implementation experience
Service Order Management knowledge
Integration with SD, MM, FI/CO
Fiori apps for Service Management
End-to-end service lifecycle design
Hands-on configuration and support
Nice-to-have
Pre-sales and RFP experience
Familiarity with RISE with SAP
Clean Core principles knowledge
Cross-functional team collaboration
Client-facing workshop experience
Analytical and communication skills
Inclusive and values-driven culture
Key Requirements
5+ years of SAP experience
2+ years in S/4HANA Service Management implementations
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Certification in S/4HANA Service or Customer Management preferred
Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori service-related apps
