Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 15+ years commercial leadership experience
  • 5-10 years senior multi-country management
  • Proven remote sales or inside sales background
  • Experience with CRM platforms and analytics
  • Strong strategic planning and transformation skills

Nice-to-have

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Background in ACM, CRDN, PVH, or Surgical therapy areas
  • Inclusive leadership and coaching capabilities

Key Requirements
