• The Trade Operations Sr Manager supports Gilead’s Market Access Operations (MAO) organization by ensuring compliant, efficient, and data‑driven execution of daily trade operations activities.
• This role manages order evaluation, inventory monitoring, customer interactions, returns processing, and cross‑functional collaboration while upholding SOX controls and contract requirements.
• The salary range for this position is: $157,590.00 - $203,940.00, and this position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and a benefits package.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and Eight Years' Experience OR Masters' Degree and Six Years' Experience OR PhD / PharmD and Two Years' Experience
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
• Working knowledge of trade data platforms (IntegriChain or ValueCentric)
• Familiarity with EDI datasets (852/867)
• Proficiency with advanced Excel skills
