The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain the highest quality of care at all times.
The role involves administrative duties, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and equipment and supply management.
The position requires active participation in continuing education programs and adherence to all facility policies and regulatory standards to ensure resident safety and care quality.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license

Experience with PCC preferred
Ability to lift 25 pounds and assist in emergencies
