Job Summary

  • In this role, you will gain experience in IT by being the first point of contact for all IT-related services, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
  • You will handle incident and request tickets, resolve issues, and document solutions.
  • Additionally, you will follow up on tickets escalated to Access, Problem, and Change Management, while being coached, trained and supervised!
