Key Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Admitted to practice law in at least one state

  • Superior contract drafting and negotiating skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
