  • This role serves as the operational nerve center of Hardware Engineering, owning end-to-end program execution from concept through production.
  • The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately six senior program leaders while establishing a high-performance culture of accountability and delivery excellence.
  • You will drive operational excellence by building governance frameworks, execution dashboards, and risk mitigation systems across the entire silicon lifecycle.
