Job Summary

  • As part of the management team, the Operations Manager supports the Regional Manager by coordinating site operations, including sales, production, purchasing, customer service and managing a team to ensure that the site remains safe and environmentally compliant.
  • Hires, trains, develops, monitors, and evaluates performance of staff, and provides performance feedback, counseling, coaching and training to the team.
