Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, quality assurance, and safety programs, and provide direct nursing care as necessary.
This role requires collaboration with physicians, residents, families, and other departments to ensure continuity of care and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Requirements
