  • Oversee the implementation and management of the group’s FX Deposits Booking and Settlements technology (currently primarily managed via the Wallstreet application) whilst working closely with the team’s technical delivery capability and Markets business to ensure that the groups technology supports the businesses strategic plans.
  • Lead engineers, instilling a growth mindset and innovative ways of working, providing expert advice relating to technology, solution design and architecture, people leadership and hiring.
  • Shape the evolution of the technical squad by contributing to the technology strategy, drafting quarterly crew memos, prioritising backlog, defining delivery roadmaps, and deciding which problems to invest in solving.
