Job Summary
Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications as ordered by the attending physician or Medical Director.
Assist in developing and implementing procedures to prevent medication errors and maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with other members of the department of nursing.
Participate in Quality Assurance programs and other facility committees to improve the performance and accuracy of the medication process.
