Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years in data specialty roles
2+ years leading end-to-end solution design
Strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture
Experience with Snowflake or Redshift systems
Proven ability to mentor engineering teams
Nice-to-have
Streaming and event driven data specialist experience
API first data access pattern design
FinOps practices for cloud cost optimization
Applied AI and GenAI enterprise patterns
Kubernetes or EKS container platform experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
