Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for preparing and cooking food items in a fast-casual space to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize food revenues.
  • Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times and ensure that only the highest-of-quality product is served to our guests.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and make evaluations and decisions without immediate supervision.

Key Requirements

  • ServSafe Certified
  • At least 18 years old
  • Culinary degree or certified apprenticeship
  • 2-3 years of cooking experience
  • Contract foodservice industry experience
  • Premium services, catering, concessions experience
  • Sports and/or entertainment venue experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Flexibility to work extended hours
