The primary purpose of this role is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert on EHSS matters, providing coaching and guidance to both your team and site associates while ensuring compliance with all local and federal regulations.
This position requires creating a culture of EHSS excellence by driving associate engagement through programs like SAFE-Together and managing continuous improvement processes aligned with the site Hoshin Plan.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in EHSS, Engineering, or related field
10+ years in manufacturing environment
6+ years of team leadership experience
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, IATA, and Mexican NOMs
CSP or CIH certification preferred
Experience with ISO 13485 maintenance
U.S. citizenship or work authorization required
