Job Summary
This position is responsible for assisting all talent development activities under GTD for Europe and Mena including the management of Inbox, DISC & 360 assessment compilation.
Partner to design and delivery training including customized workshops and regional campaigns, in a variety of methods including virtual and in-person.
This position works closely with the wider Global Talent Development team, HRBPs, Head of HR Europe & Mena, Talent management and business leaders to identify regional or functional needs, design and implement development solutions that support our mission, values, and global competencies.
