Job Summary
Provide compassionate and empowering academic advisement according to professional theory, methods, and delivery in communicating with students in one-on-one interactions.
Develop collaborative relationships with college, departments/schools, faculty, and staff contacts to facilitate open communication regarding curriculum, admissions to majors, events participation, registration, unique student cases, and other needs.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with BYU environment, website, policies and procedures
Ability to guard student privacy (FERPA)
4 years advisement-related experience OR Master's degree OR Advisement certification
