Job Summary

• This position will own, but is not limited to, the strategic direction of the ThinkBIG program, Course Accreditation Process, and will be responsible for the Regional Dealer Learning Center (RDLC) legal contracts.
• In addition, this position will provide visibility and governance around the GDL 2026 “BIG 5” lean initiatives.
• Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar.
