Key Requirements
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
1-3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Order Management, or Data Analysis
Experience with forecasting, order analysis, or order data management
Experience with cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency in planning systems (IBP, SAP, Oracle) or Order Management systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas)
Understanding of forecasting principles, data validation, and supply chain processes
