Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Manage facilities personnel and multiple teams
Develop strategic asset management plans
Oversee departmental budgets and capital projects
Ensure regulatory compliance with GxPs
Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors
Direct facility expansion and renovation projects
Nice-to-have
Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
Contract research organization (CRO) experience
Plant Engineering or Building trades license
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work extended hours and weekends
Key Requirements
4+ years in people leader/supervisory role
Experience managing industrial or commercial facilities
Knowledge of GxPs and industry guidance documents
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
