The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of privacy to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and end-of-life care while maintaining a calm and supportive environment throughout the night shift.

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products required
