Job Summary

  • This position will fulfill the role of a Multi-Line Claim Recovery Technician (Fraud, Subrogation, Deductibles & Salvages) from the first notification of loss to a timely, accurate and customer-focused resolution, performing the corresponding recovery quantum analysis throughout the claim’s lifecycles.
  • Manage an updated inventory of all salvage and cases referred to recovery, negotiate the best conditions with suppliers and potential buyers, and identify opportunities to improve results for the benefit of the Company.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent education/experience
  • Adjusters License preferred
  • Knowledge of Puerto Rico insurance regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Bilingual - Spanish and English
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
