Must-have

  • 1+ years industrial or commercial painting experience
  • Experience with HVLP, pneumatic, and electrostatic sprayers
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret work instructions
  • Proficiency in basic math including ratios and calculations
  • Respirator certification or ability to use a respirator
  • Physical capability to stand 6-8 hours and climb ladders

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with aircraft or autobody painting operations
  • Completed academic program in autobody paint repair
  • Detail-oriented approach to quality and precision

Key Requirements

  • US Person status as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62
  • High school graduate or GED preferred
  • 1+ years experience prepping, cleaning, and painting surfaces

  • 1+ years experience utilizing detailed work instructions and blueprints
