Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for developing and leading the Cyber Defense implementation strategy for Workday's U.S. Federal Government customers.
  • The position requires deep expertise in federal regulations including FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, DoD, and DHS/CISA directives to ensure mission-critical protection.
  • Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance and are required to be United States citizens.

Must-have

  • 10+ years progressive cybersecurity experience
  • 5+ years leading security teams or programs
  • Deep knowledge of NIST RMF and SP 800-53 frameworks
  • Proven experience with FISMA and FedRAMP compliance
  • Experience managing ATO processes and continuous monitoring
  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture principles
