As the Doors and Windows Business Unit HR Business Partner, you will provide support to the organization to enable development and engagement for the manufacturing and sales functions for the Snoqualmie, WA, Perrysburg, OH, and Everett, WA sites and teams.
You will be responsible for the positive labor relations, employee engagement action planning, supporting salary recruitment, talent development, performance management, investigations, compensation and merit review, and supporting HR within the assigned value stream.

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in general Human Resources
SHRM preferred
Experience working in a unionized environment preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, Finance, Business, or other related degree
Strong technological skills
Knowledge and experience with employment and labor law
