This role accelerates AIA Singapore's sustainability agenda by aligning with the Group's direction and the Singapore Green Plan 2030.
The position involves leading ESG strategy across five key pillars including Health & Wellness, Sustainable Investment, and Effective Governance.
Candidates will support the development of annual Sustainability Reports and manage internal ESG dashboards to track progress toward Net Zero commitments.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 5 years stakeholder engagement experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Fluency in English writing and editing
Experience developing sustainability reports
Experience monitoring emission dashboards
Nice-to-have
Credentials in sustainability and ESG areas
Experience with insurer brand and trust building
Background in financial institutions or consulting
Knowledge of Singapore Green Plan 2030
Experience with MAS Environmental Risk Management Guideline
Key Requirements
