Job Summary

  • As the subject matter expert in a continuous improvement environment, the Principal, Talent Management Programs is responsible for designing, implementing and owning the company’s talent management and performance system architecture, a structured succession planning framework and the annual talent review process including Workday enablement and enterprise-wide adoption.
  • In this role, the essential functions are: Design, implement, and manage annual and semi-annual performance review cycles end-to-end, including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end evaluations.

Base: $140,000-$180,000; Bonus/Equity: Incentive plan eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, Flexible Time Off

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years experience in talent management
  • Experience designing enterprise-wide performance processes
  • Hands-on Workday Talent & Performance configuration
  • Facilitate talent calibration and 9-box reviews
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
