The University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking a Workforce Ed Instructor for their high school Practical Nursing Pathway program. This role involves teaching health-related courses, supervising clinicals, and engaging in departmental activities, requiring a Registered Nurse with teaching experience and a minimum of three years in a hospital setting
Job Summary
Primary duties include teaching a variety of health related undergraduate / nursing technical courses, supervising clinicals, developing and teaching online courses or willingness to learn online teaching requirements, and serve on departmental and University committees.
In addition to teaching, the employee will be responsible for advising and registering students; developing instructional and lab activities; clinical coordination, maintaining program and student records; assisting with recruitment, placement, and follow-up; participating in professional development activities; making business and industry contacts; coordinating and supervising internship/practicum assignments, and other duties as assigned.
Evening and/or summer hours may be required.

Key Requirements
