Job Summary

  • Work on the front line of making customer-centric marketing, loyalty, AI, and CRM strategies measurable for some of the world’s strongest brands.
  • Develop business cases, measurement frameworks, financial models, and KPI reporting, while spearheading the creation of new and improved assets, tools, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with specialists across the wider VML MAP organization, including experts in technology, data, creative, and client leadership, across our global offices.
