Job Summary
Serves as clinical resource for area of specialty, evaluating current practices, making appropriate recommendations and coordinating implementation of new policies, procedures and/or equipment.
Provides, coordinates evidence based practice and contributes to and supports staff in developing and implementing best practices.
Collaborates with the Clinical Manager and nursing staff to develop staff and department goals related to nursing practice and education.
